Crypto Universe Academy is a trademarked entity that empowers individuals globally to build, multiply, and preserve wealth through decentralized financial education and mentorship in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and forex trading.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Platform and its services (“Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. REGISTRATION

To access the Platform’s services (“Services”), you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

3. SERVICES

3.1 Access

Our Services are available to users aged 18 years or older. Minors aged 13 to 17 may use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision, our services remain unavailable to users below the age of 13. Users below 13 years of age should not register on the Platform and apply for our membership plans or services of any kind.

3.2 Availability

Crypto Universe Academy strives to deliver uninterrupted Services. Our Services are offered on a best-effort basis and may be subject to delays, interruptions, or modifications due to factors beyond our control.. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice, and we shall not in any manner be held liable to you for failure or delay in providing the Services or for any temporary disablement, permanent discontinuances of the Services by us or for any consequences resulting from such actions or reasons that are beyond our control.

3.3 Third-Party Services

Some features on the Platform may involve third-party providers. We disclaim liability for any issues or disputes arising from interactions with such providers.

3.4 Restricted Use

Our Services are not available in jurisdictions subject to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions or other applicable restrictions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of Crypto Universe Academy and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content without our express written permission.

5. USER CONTENT

You may post or upload content, such as comments or reviews, related to our Services. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display this content in connection with our Platform and its promotion.

6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Membership fees are outlined on the Platform. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and Crypto Universe Academy is not liable for any issues arising from these transactions. You have the option of requesting a full refund for the membership fee paid within 14 days of registering and completing the payment of the membership fee on the platform. 7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and courses at our sole discretion, without notice, for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of Clause 8 (User Code of Conduct) of the Terms.

8. USER CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree not to display, upload, publish or share any information which:

8.1 promotes harmful, offensive, or illegal content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

8.2 is patently offensive to the CUA community online; 

8.3 harasses or impersonate others;

8.4 belongs to another person, without their full consent or which you do not have any rights;

8.4 engage in activities that disrupt the Platform’s functionality or violate these Terms.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Crypto Universe Academy may update these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes if any. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. DISCLAIMER

All educational content is provided for informational purposes only. Crypto Universe Academy does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its content and disclaims liability for decisions based on its use.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Universe Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or its Services, or any loss of data, use, or other tangible or intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use of, the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any party (including, those arising from third-party impersonators, scams, hackings, etc.) other than the Company, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes or legal action arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively within the  jurisdiction of and the exclusive venue of the competent courts located in Nigeria.
